Phillip specializes in one-on-one instruction. Since no two bodies are the same, he designs practices that tailor-fit his private students. Customized to meet their personal needs and goals, incorporating elements of Thai Bodywork, Partner Yoga, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Iyengar, Pranayama & Meditation, no two lessons are exactly alike.
